i found this page at work wondering if blacksmiths were able to make things nearly as good with casters with their skills. its not nearly as good as enchanters, but i think this would be a nice addition to pure blacksmiths. +1 damage and 1d6 on crit looks promising. figured with the new crafting system thats out now, its worth taking a look into. and plus i like non-magical but somewhat powerful mundane items.

*Thinks that would be a super awesome idea*

Peridan Twilight, one-eyed dog of the Legion, deceased.
Daniel Nobody, adventurer and part time problem solver.

Already have more powerful but mundane items incorporated in the system. Most of them aren't available yet for distribution.. but perhaps I could add in a feat requirement for those. That's not a bad idea, actually. A good way to keep items and buffs alone from setting the bar for mundane crafting.

There are also several wondrous item recipes that require a smith, woodworker or tailor in addition to magic to make an item (with the crafting assistant feature).
