Within Sestra, for those that care what is going on and actually go there. A blonde woman in blue, and another woman, by the name of Thesa, are seen going from house to house, getting a tally of the things needed by the community. Thesa has also been seen giving money to those with real emergency needs that cannot wait. Occasionally Thesa will point to the other woman when people ask her questions about the origin of the money, but the other woman doesn't seem to make mention of it at all.

The blue lady is also seen swinging hammers, carrying lumber and helping those with needs that others may not be able to help with. She is especially concerned with those that are still suffering from emotional or physical trauma, helping them deal with their burdens.

((Thesa is an NPC who is helping Cybil, as per 2 dm's approvals ))

*Juggra Plods into Sestra and seeks out a nice fine looking tree. In his left hand he holds a leg of lamb and chews on the remaining meat. With his right arm he aims his greataxe at the base of the tree and takes a single hack to it*

A caravan of goods traveled from the Gates of Sundern to the small town of Sestra. Within the carts were bolts of cloth for clothing and canvas. Also following or in cages as need be, were Chickens, possibly for egg production, Goats, likely for milking, and a few Oxen. A small band of adventurers, one being a large Half Orc seen about Sestra being gently ordered around by someone, whom the people in the town call the Blue Grace, so he neither scares nor accidentally hurts anyone with his exuberance.

Rastellia has been seen around Sestra lately accompanied by carts full of baked goods. Cookies, breads, pies and pastries have been distributed to families in need. In the evenings the songstress has delighted the survivors with tales and songs of other heroic survivors of wars and disasters and how those survivors overcame the odds and rebuilt stronger than ever.

Throughout the days, she's been seen bringing fresh water to worker and encouraging their efforts. No one is reported to have seen her lift a hand tool or heavy object.

*he mutters something arcane turning the letter to ash.*

Later a new beggar is seen on the road to sestra pan handling for coin.

"The Defender of Westgate" can be seen walking across Sestra, seeming as though he is inspecting the entire town.

During the time Cirion "reviews" the city, he tries to speak with many of the townsfolk and militia. He goes around asking questions such as what the people still have a dire need of, what would they like to have, and even for any knowledge on problems of banditry in or around the town - or whom would know more about such matters.

Though Cirion especially spends time trying to speak with the Corsairs. He seems to have a desire in learning at least a little bit about every one of these part-time soldiers and figure out how each person is doing.

And while Cirion's intention is to receive an idea how the condition is of people and the town, he is quick to offer a helping hand when trying to speak with the various people. Even more, Cirion will compliment and treat every working person of Sestra generously.

Cybil was seen walking to the forest, presumably to the Druid's Glade. She arrived back a while later, smiling and solemn. To those that asked, she tells them that the Druids have agreed to help with the distribution of aged wood in the forest. Although it will be more expensive for the Exigo to harvest the wood, it will arrive with more expediency to the town of Sestra were it will be needed. She is seen sending a letter to Captain Tridestrike telling him that the plans can go ahead soon.

Cybil waits, busying herself with rebuilding, for a representative of the grove sent by the Keeper to discuss the exact logistics.

Even though he trusts Cybil, Dalrion does not trust most humans. Therefore, he spends most of his time in the forest, making sure large parties of humans weilding axes does not descend on the forest and thus creating a serious problem for the axemen and the Keeper.
