  • Increased Bandit Activity

Bandit attacks along the Valley of the Sunderer have been on the rise as of late. The bandits seem far more organized, numerous, and in many cases also better armed.

Commonly a target in the recent past, the Exigo Syndicate have been rumored to have lost all trust in the Legion to protect them and have decided to take matters into their own hands through the use of mercenaries. There is even talk of them using the Fortune Knights, a small group of devoted, expert warriors armed with some of the best gear the syndicate has to offer.

Further delving into the rumors suggest that the recent increase in the bandit's organization is due to them banning together under one man. The name 'Moulkin' rises up often.

Traveling alone within the Valley of the Sunderer is not recommended.

More and more does the name Moulkin come to circulate amongst the populace. This is especially true for the Exigo Syndicate, who speak his name under a curse for the level of irritation and profit loss he has already caused and continues to cause.

Less spoken rumors are the recklessness of which those supposedly associated with Moulkin carry out their tasks. Most attacks upon even mildly guarded caravans usually cost around 1/3 of the bandit group's numbers, yet they still still to be quite plentiful. It's as though the self-proclaimed "Bandit King" is no master of theivery but rather just good at ordering a large number of people around.

A few other rumors speak of some of Moulkin's men being captured but being able to tell very little overall.
