Small trouble at the docks
Some fishermen says to have withnessed a bar brawl. According to the rumors a kid went in went to a teenaged kid drinking and started to point a knife at him. A big smelly orc called to stop the violent acts. The orc to drunk threw a chair at the kid who dodged it and the tried to tackle him but again seemed to drunk.
Some say that it wasnt a kid at all it was a halfling.
They discribe the aggressor as been really short, well dressed, blue cape and was really agile.
