Zinc Vein Found

Over the next few days, Exigo begins mobilizing some of their mining equipment. Word buzzes in the local taverns and in the trading post itself--zinc has been found in Sestra.

"Zinc, now that's pretty rare in these parts. Not really worth a lot elsewhere, but they have to import it."

"Worth more to the wizards. You know it holds magic real well. I hear them dimensional anchors in the city are made with it!"

"Heck I'm gonna try my luck. They say the zinc grows in a crystal form out in Sestra. No wonder them lizards guard the caves so tight!"

Exigo caravans roll into Sundren. They set up shop just outside the caves.

Rumor has it, they have some pull with the local government. To expedite their mining mission, they've convinced the mayor to pardon all those not welcome in the city.

Exigo also brought about ten to twenty men of muscle, pending on who you ask. Seems they expect a fight for whatever zinc they find.

Hearing this rumors, Corvus quickly heads to the outskirts of Sestra asking anyone that leaves if the Pardon of all those not welcome in the city is true.

Sarah sighs as she hears the rumors floating through the Four Lantern about what Exigo and more importantly, the mayor did.
"I hope this is just a joke.." She utters to herself.

As Andy hears the news, the Red Blade takes her way to the Triumvirate Temple.

"Cybil, Herger. I bring news..."

Constantine hears the news while having some wine in the Comfort Inn in the Military Ward.

"Now why would an official just give blanket immunity, where is the justice in that?"

I'd rather it be this way than because of some other dire need... although I suspect that this expedition into the caves will only bring about worse consequences than our actions brought about.

Let us hope that the Slitherscale can be reasoned with...
