The bard known as Osclow Wiltenholm, as well as his unnamed accomplice, have become an enemy of the city-state and is to be considered highly dangerous. If you see these two people, then approach at your own risk. Any information involving these two criminals are welcome and may harbor rewards depending on the information.

After a day of being posted, Legionnaires are then seen going around town and the Exigo Trading Post removing them. Those that ask would learn that Osclow has been captured and taken into custody for his crimes.
