Worried parents throughout Sundren are keeping extra watch over their children. Rumors swirl about young girls being snatched from their beds by unknown someones or somethings, and being traded to the foul necromancers of the Dark Advent. It is rumored that the second such victim, mutilated beyond all sanity, was recovered from the heart of the necropolis. There are no clues as to who is directly responsible for these abductions, if it is the advent themselves, or some other entity entirely. It is, however, rumored that the first victim survived her ordeal and is recovering steadily at the Barracks of the Triumvirate.

Within several days of the event one dozen fliers have popped up. Each is on a sheet of parchment paper and are each well penned. However some sport small mistakes, dashed lines, or have a mistaken copy on it's back.
Three are located in the port. Two in the Trading Post. Three in Sestra. Three are around Sundren City, one in each district. The last is in the Four Lanterns Inn
On them is, in well written common is a message.
"While the necromancers responsible for this tragedy have been slaughtered the two people responsible for the abduction are still at large.
There is little confirmed information. One is a large being who wears heavy boots. The other is likely small, and incredibly proficient in hiding their tracks. It is almost like they weighed nothing, even in mud.
I am is offering a reward for their capture. It is preferable that they are alive, however I still will pay for their dead bodies. Proof of their involvement is required. Payment will also be given to those who have information that leads to their identification or capture.

Can be found usually in the Exigo Trading Post"
Below that is the same message in elven.Last edited by Baculus; 12-09-2008, 10:30 AM.

Grumbeling dwarf stopps at the message board in the Trading Post. In a jiffy he starts to swear at the note writer:
"Grrr ... damnt stupid piece of squirrel brain!", snorts, "Does he want to get them dead or alive?!", fumes at the message, "That's the most important thing and he's not able to put it on paper!", spits out, "I must ask!", sighs.
When he spots the elvish part of the message he quickly tears it off and throws it out. Evidently satisfied with his cunning he wants to leave when he suddenly stops and adds quickly like he would be answering someones qestion: "Do you think so? Really? Upfff ... then ... we must hurry!", nods, "I know, I know don't worry ...", makes notes, "... buy heavy boots ... ehm ehm ... put some elf on shoes ... yes, yes ... kill the elf ...", nods, "... find some hal ... ha .. what?", asks somebody and in a moment nods again, "... ooo find halfling, I know, I know, kill ... the halfling and ... sell the bodies for reward ... hehe .. you-you're more clever then I've ever thought!", talks to his pocket. Then adds quickly, "I know, I know ... they were killed by arresting ... selfdefence yes, yes ... do you think I'm stupid?" Asks somebody with voice full of graspingness while leaving Exigo.

The joyful elf girl walks by dancing happily and stops suddenly to read a flyer.
"Oh no! That's terrible!"
Kristal nod many times like a child to herslef then stares up to the sky.
"We can't let this happen, right?"
She runs off playfully but with a worried look."Nothing is true, everything is permitted."

The missing or torn fliers have been replaced with identical ones. A shorter, piece of paper is added to the bottoms of them all.
"Additional information has surfaced. The two men involved have some sort of sickness, dissibility, or, in the words of the source, "an interesting affliction".
The pair routinely drop off new subjects to be experimented on. They are not working for the Dark Advent, it is the other way around.
Both are still at large and the bounty on their head is still unclaimed. Refer to above flier for more specifics.
