The Untrodden Grounds

All who enter the Untrodden Grounds, known widely to have previously been the outer section of the area of the Viridale corrupted by Xithis and the followers of Talona, now find that it is a scene of wreckage. The outer edge of the blight appears to have died, and not only that, to have been torn apart by the manifestations of the Viridale that have been seen fighting the plague in recent months. The area is a mess of dead trees and ruined ground. Beyond it however, the blight can still be seen though it seems to be shrinking.

Within the Untrodden Grounds, on a small hill in the middle of the devastation, adventurers can find a stone plaque, inscribed with the dogma of Selune. Also inscribed below is the symbol of Selune, a pair of eyes surrounded by seven stars.

"Let all on whom Selune's light falls be welcome if they desire. As the silver moon waxes and wanes, so too does life. Trust in Selune's radiance, and know that all love alive under her light shall know her blessing. Turn to the moon, and she will be your true guide. Promote acceptance and tolerance. See all other beings as equals. Aid fellow Selunites as if they were your dearest friends."

Others have also reported seeing a blue haired elf in the area, who appears to be tending to the destruction. Those who have tried to approach her claim she vanished into thin-air.
