News that a group of adventurers falling prey to an ooze monster and losing all of their equipment has struck fear into a lot of adventurers, scaring them away from the Viridale. In response, the Triumvirate, has started to issue posters to inform and warn adventurers on the dangers of this ooze type monster and how to deal with them when confronted with such. Hano spends most of his day walking around Sundren sticking up these said posters.

Lesson 1: Oozes (Black Pudding)
Oozes are amorphous creatures that live only to eat. They inhabit underground areas throughout the world, scouring caverns, ruins, and dungeons in search of organic matter—living or dead. Rumors have it that they are not particularly limited to these areas, however, very rare, but not unknown is it to encounter one out of the previous habitats.
Oozes attack any creatures they encounter. They lash out with pseudopods or simply engulf opponents with their bodies, which secrete acids that help them catch or digest their prey.
The acids they secret will dissolve any organic tissue, wood, or metal.. The only substance immune to these secretions seems to be [The following is scratched out with charcoal with a note to the side] Old wives tale, its immunity to its acid that you want.
They are known to be impervious to slashing and piercing weapons as well. A nice blunt object, preferably stone, is ideal against such creatures! You now have the knowledge, adventurers of Sundren! And remember - An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
