I'm sure if you ask the commoners they would say they didn't remember. For what is strange about people entering the library? Cade walked with a lighter step having returned his heavy robes to the temple Helm. It was almost dusk when he reached the stacks.

"Yes..." a frail voice cracked, speaking softly to Cade. That frail voice made Cades' hand twitch. Stopping himself from reaching up to his neck, he replyed "Religion please" in full voice.

The frail man explained how to get to the section on Faerūnian deity, and Cade quickly steped away. Turn after turn, he made his way throug the massive shelves and stacks of books. Everything was there, even some things he had never heard of. "The Desert Kingdoms?" Cade said to him self, sliding the book back in the shelf. He turned his head sharply when he heard the familier sound books falling on the floor from the other side.

He could not easly make it to the other side, so he decided to leave it. Finally, he arrived at the proper shelf. "Deitys and Dimigods... The Watcher... Worship and Prayer" he said softly reading the titles to himself.

"SSSSssshhhh...." he heard from somewhere. Turning to see who it was, a woman was in the next row. He stared at her for a moment thinking it was Lauan. "But.... wh..." he didn't finish his sentence. "no... no one granted her intelligence" he thought to himself.

"Selūne and Shar" he continued, "Followers of Helm" he paused. After several long minutes he had selected two books and sat at one of the free tables.

Boooommm... the table shook deeply. Two more books slid into Cades arm. "..thought you might like these.." whisperd that same frail voice. "The Destroyer in Furys Heart, and ...ime of ..oubl..les..." "Ob-les?" Cade turned to say, but the man was gone.

The one book was almost new, never mistreated. The other book however looked as tho it had been burned several times, and some of the pages were missing.

While flipping through the pages, the same frail voice said "Whats on the missssing pagesss, you don't need to know..." which had the effect of making Cade jump several inches. Turning quickly to the left, he caught the old mans gaze. The man was at least 1000 years old, or so Cade thought. None the less the old man grinned fully and was gone.

Cade sat at the table for sometime, learning all he could. Since he had never been given formal training, this was as close as he would get to real clerical training.

About half way through "The Destroyer", Cade read a name that he thought sounded familier. "Talos?" he said aloud, questioning the book. The word rebounded off every corner in the library and flew above his head several times. Looking all around in amazement, he noticed no other sound was being made. The entire place had fallen silent. All eyes were on him. Cade poped the book shut loudly, placed it on the table, and left; lighthearted and carefree.
