the man appeard ot be selling the 'cure' but on closer examination reviled it to be nothing more than a lesser restoration potion. while this potion is a cure or sorts it has no effect conserning the pluage that has struck the city and forests.
the man fitting this discription should be nto be trusted to provide you with the remedy to the pluage.
