The corruption of Mossclaw

Travelers through Sundren have stopped speaking of the dangers of the Mossclaw Alliance. It would seem the forest is dying, the waters have become dank and stagnant. The tree wither away and it has driven some druids to madness.

Glorfindel looks to the female druid in distress and wonders what will come next? He had tried to find the source of the taint in the Necropolis, only to be beaten by a being he had never encountered before. It was human, but not human, and the evil that permeated from the being was powerful indeed!

Now the taint was killing the Viridale and driving some of the weaker druids to madness. He had to find this taint and stop it as soon as possible.

This is, however, confined only to a limited area of the forest as those who go there will know. Others may not, and the exaggerated tales of travellers certainly are scaring the common people.

The ranger James Leith overhears some of the travelers talking. "Dying indeed? I have not seen this and I have spent more time in Viridale than anywhere else. Perhaps I should investigate further."
