A rumor can be heard that a body was found hidden in the bushes near the barn at the cross roads. It was discovered by farmer Fred, and reported to the exigo soldiers. The body had a very thin deep line across the throat, obviously the fatal strike and cause of death. The body was identified as a farm hand. Nothing more is known about this mystery.
