A rumor on the street

A rumor spreads quickly on the street that the bard Silaqui Galanodel from silverymoon was robbed by a halfling named Deul and that she is offering a thousand pieces of gold for the return of it, claiming its a family heirloom.

A rumor also spreads that the object is not a family heirloom, but an object protected by celestial forces, and that the girl is possessed by a demon.

A note is posted on a wall nearby the camp of the Schild mountains:

Do not believe the speakers of lies. The harbringers of doom. I have sequestered this object in the greater sense of good. She is like a dust addict without her fix.

I will deliver the object only to whom I see fit to withstand it's power.
