Drow on the loose?

It would seem among a few people there reports of a single Drow female being spotted in various locations. As whispers circulate, the public is fearful, locking their doors at night, worrying about the boogey men Drow they've only heard in Bardic stories making their way to their doors. Mothers telling children not to go out at night.

However, a select few defend the Drow in these tales of a wicked Drow, saying "It's just a refugee and hasn't done anyone harm."

A few paladins of Torm speak that they, indeed, could find no fault in the creature, though one was concerned that this could change in the future.
