    * Attention Champions of Sundren*

There is a darkness that looms over the land in the East. North of the Gate of the Sunderer is the baston of the undead, the Necropolis.Once a place used to bury the fallen and pay respects to, now houses the most vile creatures. Reported mummys to liches have been seen there. The cult known as the Dark Advent are the ones held responsible for it. The final barrier keeping them at bay is the Temple of Kelemvor, located right outside of the dark city. Long has the dark city stood unscratched. It is now us who must hunt the creatures within, to make that blow against them.Their ways attack order and peace, so I, Joan Joelle call those who are strong not only physcially but mentally to rally to this call. To hunt the vileness inside the city of the dead.

I seek five others to accompany me. I will view and select those who would be the best for this hunt. If you are interested in standing agaisnt this darkness, leave your name, any affiliation you are with, god followed, any experences you have had there, and your speciality/profession
    ------------------------------------------------------------------
Sacrifice everything as the final darkness falls... in the end, all that awaits you is death. Only then will you understand - you've been following in my footsteps all along.
So come then, you heroes! Come in all your power and glory! For in the final hour, all must serve the one... true... king.

Thomas walks down the street in the entertainment district and notices the poster pined up upon a wall. He stops to reads the call to arms, and a feint smile grows upon his bearded face.

Taking out a piece of tattered paper from his pocket, and a charcoal stick he leans up against the walll and begins to write.

I Thomas, a cleric of the eleventh level in the service of Istishia hereby do pledge my services to purify the lands surrounding the Necropolis. My feet are no stranger to the grounds as I have walked them before, seeking to purify the dammed that dwell within its grounds. Also I have had dealings with the Dark Advent Forces whom have run rather than stood to face my blade or have fallen by its bite.

Using a nail that originally helped to pin the poster to the wall, he pins his written reply. Thomas then puts his charcoal stick back into his pocket. Rubbing the stain from his fingers on his cloak he continues his walk; the smile upon his face increases to grows.
    "We are what we think.
All that we are arises with our thoughts.
With our thoughts, we make our world"

After some deliberation, Tamara tacks her own note under the poster.

I have fought against the darkness in the Necropolis since rumors of the fell nature of the Advent first reached my ears, and I would be pleased to lend my blade and spells to any good endeavor to weaken the power that resides there.

A young man pauses midstride as the posting catches his eyes, and steps in closer to read the text more fully. Raising a hand to his chin, the youth smiles broadly with a twinkle in his eye. "This sounds like a worthy cause to take up, though leaving such a large amount of information seems a bit excessive. Hmm..." Running a hand through his short black hair, the would-be knight adjusts his breastplate before pawing through the small pouch at his waist. Holding a small and seemingly unremarkable brooch in his hand, he collects his thoughts, before tossing it back in and drawing out a quill and ink vial. He taps the quill against the paper, pausing, then smiles as he slowly begins to add his somewhat stilted scrawl to the list.

"The Free Knight would offer his services, should his sword and shield be welcome to sunder and stalwartly safeguard those who seek solace."

Roger reads the poster, frowning more and more as he goes on, until finally muttering to himself:

Spitting on the ground, Roger then walks away from the poster, muttering in his dirty blonde beard.

As Alyrian reads the posted notice, he sees Tamara's response and his eyes burn a scarlet red. Where he holds the paper in his fingers becomes charred and black, and he pens his own response.

"I would gladly venture into the accursed halls as I have so many times before. Even Helm can not object to the elimination of this ... threat."

Salagar the Grim strides up to the poster (well, sidles up) and jumps up and down, yet again, to read what is on it. "Damn humans" Salagar thinks as he pulls up a barrel to jump onto.

"Well, I have been there many times and had such fun! I guess I could go again, as long as there are some cute females in the party!"

Salagar pulls out a piece of Vellum and writes in common, elven, and dwarven: Salagar the Grim, Dungeon Consultant, will accompany any who challenge the stinky undead in the Necropolis.

Salisse looks at it for a moment, then writes down,

I, Salisse Shasala, will offer my greatest aid to protect against this dark threat that looms over Sundren. I'm somewhat of a mage, and i'd be willing to discuss more privately if neccessary.
