for anyone that frequents the library in the city, one might notice a heavily cloaked and hooded figure in the darkest corner of the library. he uses no candles or lamps but sits reading book after book during the day light hours. once in a while he asked staff at the library for any book regarding the red wizards, then retreats back to his corner.. no one has seen him enter, nor sees him leave, he just seems to appear at random.
