A notice is posted on the bulletin. Sergeant Knoll is instructed to notify all rank Sergeant and bellow to read the notice.

ATTENTION

To all rank Warrior and bellow you are hereby required to attend a newly instituted martial training session. These sessions must be attended at least once per month, those who participate in addition to the required amount will receive positive marks on their performance records which will be considered during advancement periods.

These sessions will be held at the Proving grounds. All members are reminded that the facility is on Hellstrom Family land and thus all members will show proper conduct during sessions. At the end of each tenday a session will be held, four sessions in total per month. Each session will be held from early morning to noon.

Those of Rank Sergeant will be leading each session during the martial training. Sergeants will be rotated out each tenday, the same Sergeant will not lead the following session unless circumstances require it.

The first session will be led by Brigadier Tyranus Blackbeard as well as Sergeant Knoll and a Third undecided. You are to bring your fatigues as well as proper footwear. Those who attend the first session will also be awarded bonus marks on their performance records. Lunch will be provided at the end of each session.

Sergeants are to report to Brigadier Tyranus for further instructions on the sessions.

Guild Elite Kyle Rendell will be at the next training session lads. There may also be some one on one sparing training for any of those who stand out during the session. Anyone who can land a hit on the Guild Elite during sparing will be given an additional positive mark on their records.
