Logging Interest

Small caravans occasionally come and go through the forest bringing steam powered wood slicers and guarded Exigo employees. The caravans create small logging camps where operations last only a day or two day before they depart leaving debris and tree stumps behind.

James receives his report on the matter with a sigh and a pinching of the bridge of his nose.
"I can only hope that selective logging practices are being applied, or Miss Windwood will be out for the head of an individual in a position remarkably similar to my own."
He then proceeds to attempt to track down both the foreman for the operation and an extra case of Remove Disease potions and have them delivered to him along with a copy of James' latest report.

Dalian stalks the borders of the camp by night, making the occasional appearance as a pair of ominous glowing red eyes peering from the darkness. She merely observes, though confident that the Exigo will soon discover exactly how dangerous the Viridale is.
