It seems that the bardess Rhaelle's appearance outside of the Second Wind has reduced a considerable amount since the death of the Paladin Gart Willent. When asked for at the inn, the innkeeper responds that she has not been at the Second Wind. There is simply no trace of where Rhaelle is, and it feels as if she might not return.
