A high ranking member of the Black Hand was seen slain yesterday, as an Legionnaire would not stand down.
What started off as a lippy soldier looking for a death wish, turned into a quick battle of blade. Many watched from inside and out - as the Legionnaire lost his cool when the member demanded an apology.

"Show me your fear, Dreadmaster!" was the words heard at the call of battle, which shortly ended with the Black Hand member face down dead. However - many speculate divine intervention as a golden glow blinded all and the body disappeared.

Some speculate that the Legion may be regaining it's power, and some say the man has a death wish. One thing is for sure though: something is bound to happen in return.

Jack Calico, owner of the Second Wind, provides his own take to any willing to listen.

"Yeah, the Legion guy basically jumped the other guy. The guy in white was talking, and mid-sentence the Legionnaire just blasts him with a ring, holds him in place with the ol' spectral hand gag. Then he and his sister just beat the hell out of the guy, all he could do was sit there and take it. Never had a problem with the white-armored man 'round here, but that Legionnaire? Bastard has set my inn on fire twice. Twice! Far as I'm concerned, he can take his helping hand back up to the city and spare me the trouble."
