Disaster at the Second Wind!

~The news spreads almost as quickly as the ash and smoke that rises above the tree line.~

The Second wind inn was besieged by hordes of the walking dead and was defended by a scant few brave, and some whisper luckless, 'heroes'.

In the end the building was put to flame as the groaning masses seem to have pressed too hard, there is no clear report of casualties, though it is claimed that the one and only Jack Calico somehow managed to survive with a scant handful of his more well known staff.

Witnesses claim a sorry looking procession of burnt and gore coated adventurers left the area of the conflagration and headed to Sundren City though at this time, identities and truly clear details are not known.

[Atmosphere]

With the deep pockets of a former, highly successful, adventurer and now innkeep, Jack cashes out the coin and contracts Exigo to clean up the corpses and reconstruct the wood work of his fine inn. Exigo gets to work immediately and is ever so professional about the process. Jack then offers a reward to anybody with information on the one responsible for the zombie swarm and for setting aflame to his inn.
