Posted in various places throughout the Trade Tier, Exigo's Trading post and any Inn that adventures might frequent.

Let it be known that the Bald Old man, not only a self proclaimed agent of the Lord of Bones, has not only shamed himself, but his deity and those related to him as well by being completely inept at the practice of Magic. It is also subjected that he frequents male bawdy houses, graveyards (not just for raising the dead) and summons the undead to perform various sick acts on his body.

Beware lest he try to drain your essence.

No one sees who posts the notices, or when they went up.

*With the aid of magical disguise, the descript 'Bald Old man' eventually makes his way into the city to trade his much less desired items. He comes across one of the banners present and chuckles to himself. From any normal perspective, only a traveler amused by such a tale would have been apparent.

Since the discovery of the banners, the original poster has been accosted by terrible sounds at night. Among the hours of midnight and later, never before sunrise, does a terrible gnashing and howling of ferocity come in his/her mind.*

Another set of notices is put up.

The Bald Old Impotent Man is in league with the Bloodmaim! During heroic attempts to aid the scattered legionaires in Mossdale, he was seen attempting to aid the Orcs by attacking the good people of the valley! Lock up your hamsters, because his magic will only work on them! Ok... maybe the hamsters are safe, keep your spiders and insects hidden from view lest they become targets of his ineptitude.
