  • Activity at the Sestra Mausoleum

[Posted with the approval of DM Catastrophe, since real life came up.]

In the wake of a bloody attack that stained the mud red, more guards have been posted to the Sestra Mausoleum of Jergal. Corps de Grace, Mossdale's Forgotten mercenaries, and even a Red Blade Initiate are seen maintaining the barred gates preventing any unauthorized access to the grave site. A trio of Hands of Mundus were seen entering the premise, led by the sun elf mage Eirimil Gaelazair, though for what purpose isn't quite clear. Talk of vampires, Black Hand terrorists, demonic cults, and other sinister things might be topics of gossip with the magi involved. Burials and mourning ceremonies will continue unaffected, though under guard at their posted times.
    Active
Reinamar Stormseeker - The bladestorm that must turn back the wind. Arkerym of The People, practitioner of the forgotten art, pariah.

Tyler Penleigh - Obligatory author insert, Red Blade Defender, sarcastic jerk, caring brother, loving fiancé, war criminal.

    Retired/Dead
Eirimil Gaelazair (Dead)- Bitter. Caustic. Abrasive. Egocentric. Probably right. Found dead in the burned-out Viridale forest a few weeks after the survivors were able to sweep the area after the Bloodmaim offensive. Aside from his usual attire, an intricate music box was the only thing in his possession.

A whole menagerie of letters --- both careful missives and hastily scrawled memorandums --- can be found tacked, tied or fastened to the rickety iron gate that surrounds the premises the following day. Most of the notices carry an aggressive or blatantly religious tone throughout that translates easily through their feminine script.

There is nothing of value here other than the sanctity of the hallowed dead. Books can burn and pillars be knocked down, but if you steal that I will personally hunt you down.
Those who would desecrate the men and women that died to make your lives meaningful and deserve their rest, be wary. My eyes are upon you and I will have vengeance.
Jergalite archives are off-limits to all but the scriveners that bear proof of their religious station. The contents are for their eyes and their eyes alone, and I will not tolerate people that try to dispute this god-granted right.
      GO AWAY.
All are signed as being the creation of the gravekeeper.
