The official word out is that the biannual Hand/Red Blade Ball is approaching and all Hands of the rank Magi or lower are required to bring a Red Blade to the ball with them. The Legion will chaperone.

The unofficial word out is that a certain Elite Magi has been huffing too much paint, but he's still an Elite Magi and a banquet hall has already been rented. Portals are also rumored to be involved.

Emiliana gets her chaperone armor ready. She also subtly adds to the rumors that Elite Magus Arrow is indeed huffing paint (but she would publicly deny it if asked.)

Elite Magus Eirimil Gaelazair has firmly refused to participate in the 'frivolous social niceties', though he seems to spend some active effort in pursuing rumors of how the portals are involved beyond basic discussion matter.

Initiate Gubbins, Who hasn't actually formerly introduced him to these other members, noticed this upcoming event and immediately signs up for it. Though he knows no Red Blade members aswell.

Initiate Goldleaf can be noted using his Elven agility and acute senses to make an escape at the slightest hint of the eyeball-covered eccentric Elite Magus's approach.

He makes certain not to rely on Invisibilty though, having learned well from previous mistakes...
