A small, well-printed flyer is tacked to a board outside the Second Wind:
To whom may actually care (Or prove what you already thought),
Kyle Rendell, the self-proclaimed 'Sword Saint' has recently been seen having seizures, hallucinations and dementia, accusing and destroying otherwise harmless benches of being possessed by malighn spirits. When confronted about his peculiar behavior, the man preferred to issue bodily harm rather than pay the owner of the smashed benches, knocking out a witness. This mad-man shortly thereafter waited until said witness had gone inside to pay the owner himself, before destroying the remaining bench and running away in enchanted boots.
As this is not the first such occurrence, if more property is destroyed, the owners are advised to seek legal and financial compensation from this man, abet not without the assistance of either the authorities or a team of adventurers. In addition, sane beings are advised to remain at distance from this man, as it is unknown at this time whether his ailment is contagious.
