Death of a Swordsman

The body of Kyle Rendell was found on Pioneer's Way, murdered. His bones are broken, as if some giant beast had crushed them with vicious blows. The scent of sulfur lingers in the air around his corpse, and his armor is unnaturally charred.

Two lily petals were found on his blood-stained armor and they seem strangely out of place, almost as if they had been placed there intentionally.

Upon hearing the rumors of his own demise, the swordsman Kyle swears to avenge his own death by taking revenge on the unknown assailant who had killed him.
