Handbills appear in the less pristine, upstanding establishments across the valley, printed in neat, utilitarian lettering:
"Sundren's Government, and its lawmen would purport to serving the 'greater good' of its people, but at what cost? Concealing the truth. Harming innocents to meet their own ends. Exploiting those they would allege to protect in service to their own ends. The Legion, Hands of Mundus, and Triumvirate would tell you what to believe, rather than have you think for yourself. They would tell you what to fear, and then offer protection from these conjured phantoms! Your fear gives them power, and control.
Tyranny.
Ask yourself what power the law is truly serving.
Know that you are not helpless to resist. Anyone who has been wronged 'deserves' recourse in kind. Think of your friends or family who rot in cells, are forced to live in the shadows, or are now counted among the dead.
Speak aloud your plight among the fallen. The dead still seek revenge for the wrongs leveled against them. The dead still have ears to listen."
