Rumours begin to spread that, due to an influx of bad Paladins, a third-party organization has formed to ensure a higher standard of performance amongst the do-good'ers. This third-party organization intends to stand for quality assurance and strict performance testing upon Sundren's Paladins to ensure excellence for the people and State that the Paladins serve.
Allegedly, situations will be engineered (legally) in which Paladins will be provoked towards falling from grace, and if they fall, they have been thusly weeded out as poor performers not up to the standard of excellence. If they do not fall from grace, they have passed and will be free of performance testing for a small measure of time.
Pyras Demathos, Red Wizard of Thay, is the primary sponsor, donor, founder, and only employee of the organization.
