Large explosions came from the military ward as flames covered the Legion Barracks and smoke covered the sky. Pieces of the building can be seen scattered about and several Legionaries have been reported dead, some blown to bits and others cut down just outside all the rubble. Nobody is very certain on who or what caused these explosions but a man named Sword was taken to the Triad Barracks for healing and questioning. Rumor is he had neck wounds from vampire bites and was a little out of it.

Sitting in the bunker Gromlin drinks his ale and reads over the papers laying across the desk. A small grin crosses his lips as he reads over the latests , he puts his ale down and reads the paper once again to make sure he gets all the detail. "The Damage caused to the Military ward is quite massive, numerous dead or wounded, We will continue to relay information as it arrives"
Laughing out loud The Captain raises his mug in the air as if to salute those who have fallen. "So it begins" , taking the drink to his gullet with one fell swoop, He felt warm inside. Whether from the drink or the Knowledge of what had happend in Sundren, Things were going to get intresting.Favorite quote : "Lets see..if they were children, Cirion would be pulling mara's pigtails , Os would be drawling on walls and Grom would be playing with matches."

The Sending Emiliana Blackwell had received was simple: "The Watch building was blown up."
She and Valten of the Corps de Grace made their way to the city with haste, and the sight that greeted them was grisly and grim. Fires raged; the dead, charred bodies of soldiers she knew she had just seen earlier in the day littered the ground near the once sturdy double doors of the barracks. "Gods... okay... let me find who is in charge," she said as she made her way towards the wreckage.
The other Legionnaires seemed to be in a state of numb shock, and so Emiliana - a simple Tirones with no clout whatsoever - found herself scrambling for ideas alongside the rest of the people who had gathered outside the burning building. At her behest, a bucket brigade was formed using spare trash barrels, helmets, and everything else that would hold water. A line of people, herself included, used the nearby pond water to squelch the flames and keep the fire from spreading elsewhere in the district, but the process was tedious and tiresome.
An unknown elf managed to find a clue amidst the rubble: a vial of alchemist's fire that had somehow failed to explode. Numerous speculations about who and how and why were discussed, but the talk only served to ward off the somber silence that threatened to blanket the district after the unexpected attack.
One by one, the people who had sought to help - Valten, Nati Salana, Cruven, Ramze, and the unknown elf - said their farewells and departed. Emiliana was left with Osclow Wiltenholm, and the two conversed for a time before Lino of the Red Blades arrived to assess the damage. Eventually, though, the trio dispersed, and a very dirty, tired Tirones returned to the Four Lanterns Inn for some much-needed rest.

Sebastian, cloaked in invisibility, looked up at the fire with small smile and then turned and left. Still under the cloak of invisibility he passed through the city gates chuckling and muttering..."Legions""Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."
