Rumor has it that a vampire corpse was recently found on the Sundren Farmstead, east of the inn. Forebodings of evil events begin to float around Sundren. What are the implications to such an event? Rumor has it that answers are being sought by the dwarven cleric Kharm and that a strange looking man with a tatooed face and a slight elf in a robe were also seen in the area.

A rather odd gnome wanders through some bars hearing this rumour and scoffs at the tellers. She seems a bit off, even for a gnome, muttering to herself. "Are you all daft!? Vampires don't have corpses. Obviously someone is pulling your leg! It was probably some guy dressed up in a dark suit that sharpened his canines and went around killing chickens"Bree - Bookkeeper and diplomat of Exigo.

The famed swordsman Thumper is sharing a round with some tavern goers when they ask his opinion on the rumor.
"Pfft... vampire corpses... likely just one of the suckers playing dead. Go over there and prod him with a stick and see if he doesn't leech your blood out of your neck."
They share a bit of a laugh before one speaks up.
"Hey, Thumper, I heard you bagged another one of the blood suckers yesterday."
"One?"
Thumper pulls from beneath his shirt a necklace threaded with fangs as those around him go wide-eyed in amazement.
"After I got twenty, the legion stopped paying me bounty on their fangs. It's too bad none of these are Clive or Hadavi's. In all the nests I checked, it's been nothing but underlings."
"Why not add Katria's to that chain?"
"As much as I'd like to, seems everybody is taken with her. I'd hate to have to fight Peridan over her fangs... still... I'm sure we'll all get our chance in time."
