A Proposition of Wrath
Posters and town criers can be heard across Sundren City and even the far reaching corners of Sundren. The seal upon any documents presenting this information marks the Harbinger of Wrath, of the Mursadus house.
To any able bodied man or woman in Sundren;
The stench of death is upon us, even now the Paladins cannot protect what our military does not. The denizens of the forest care little for your homes or farms, unless they were built from lumber a bear shat on in the woods.
For the first time in ten years, I shall invigorate my stand against all those who oppose the mighty independent state of Sundren City. The sovereignty of Sundren will be protected, and to this end a new Warden shall be appointed under the title of Wrath.
With this new Warden's aid, the first to fall to wrath shall be Mirakus, and then, the vampire nation...
It is with this knowledge I call to the hardened warriors of Sundren, who would wish to undergo the trials to be instated as a Warden. Seek out Centurio Isaac LaCroix & his entourage to sign up.

They are not law-enforcement, they are special agents -- authorized and highly equipped to eliminate threats to the state of Sundren inside and outside its lawless borders-- answering only to their respective Harbinger.
