Spoken with a booming voice...
“We the State of Sundren charge Mathell for MURDER!”
The obese man flails his left arm into the air dramatically
“Treason.”
He raises his large right arm into the air with surprisingly vicious speed
“And necroommmantic animation!”
Bringing both arms down to his chest, he tilts his head making his double chin grossly noticeable as he pauses dramatically for a moment
“We invite all to this open hearing, this trial of this most wicked and foul man.”
He clears his throat and looks about the crowd.
“The State would also like to thank our most brave Legionaries...”
The short chubby man looks to the sky with much pride
“... Immunes Clinicus Kharn Brokenanvil and Salararius Praetorian Peridan Twilight for making the arrest of this evil man.”
Looking back down he smiles and his dark beady eyes dart about. He starts nodding in an approving manner
“As well as High Judicator Secalia Amiolasi of the Triiiiumvirate for her assistancee in bringing this horrible man to the most logical reasoning of turning himself in to face his crimes. May all our enemies be graced by her wisdom.”
The crier steps off his stool, making him look even shorter and rounder than before, and waddles off
