Rumors seep from the Oghma Temple and the Trade district that a band of adventurers brought in a man fast asleep with an odd affliction. Seemingly he was surrounded by swirls of colors and shapes, enough to cause quite a stir in the city.
Rumor is vague about the nature of this affliction, but there is talk about a ring suddenly appearing on the sleeping man's finger, shortly before he awoke.
He is said to have been quite uncooperative and unwilling to yield said ring for study, nor say how exactly he came by it.
