  • Message for the Keeper

As the sun dawn breaks over Virdale and the morning mist blankets the ground, a lone figure walks out of the woods. He seems tired and withdrawn as he trudges through the rough foliage in order to reach the Druid Glade. An elf, small by standard means, and garbed in forest green makes his way towards the glade with determination and by the time the morning sun breaks up the thick fog, he reaches his goal.

He seems in a hurry to seek out the Keeper of the Grove, but upon seeing the Keeper to be deep within meditation, Tarangil waits with only the patience the long lived can endure. When the keeper comes out of his state, Tarangil will bow respectfully and give a report.

Keeper, I am unaware whether you know of it or not, but beasts of unnatural size roam the areas of Virdale that were once safe. I can only wonder what would cause them to be driven out of the deep recesses of the forest in where they should reside. Unwary travellers have already fallen, and I have spent much of the night containing some of the beasts in a peaceful manner which should hold them for awhile. My means of doing so is not harmful to the surrounding land and the beasts are only trapped by a figment in their minds think they can see. I come to request to see if there are any of your druids that may help return these creatures that I have contained to go back to where they came, or somewhere else where travellers along that usually peaceful path will not be harried by such cantankerous beasts.
