Report to the Legion

I would like to report an attack of the the Exigo Expedition Camp near Sharahan hills. The camp was attacked by the Black Hand. All merchants, guards, and miners were slaughtered and the camp itself lit a flame. One member of the Black Hand had identified himself as Ando, the Black Disciple, while the other wore heavy armor and travelled with the undead. Myself and another adventurer were left barely alive as they desired their work to be known. This other adventurer failed to give me his name and after healing me, he robbed the dead. I doubt I would be able to indentify him as everything happened quite fast and I had lost a large amount of blood. When you investigate the crime scene, you may notice a few graves near the camp. I was able to pull a few bodies out of the fire and gave them a proper burial. My prayers will be with those I could not find. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

The attending officer looks you over appraisingly, as if to question why you were left alive. After a moment, his gaze eases, and he responds:

"You're a lucky one. The last time Ando's name was involved, he slew a party of dwarves, chopped off their beards, and send the bloody chin scalps to their kin.

We've seen what they've done, and they'll pay. Ando will come to justice, don't you worry."

He lightly nods with a somber expression upon face, "Is the legion recruiting at all? I would like to help protect against such murderous scum. You must need cleric types among your ranks."
