A report delivered to Spymaster Ulrick Renfield at the Veritas Hold

I was recently performing some duties for the Master of the Watch in Sundren. He asked me to deliver some troop manifests to Praetorion Invictus at the Gates of the Sunderer. I delivered the manifests but also copied them and I am enclosing them with this report.

I have been disquising myself and spreading the rumor of the Cartel supplying the Bloodmaim Orcs with weapons and armor.

There are many other threats to Sundren that might be exploited.

The Black Hand is on the rise in the land.

The Yuan-Ti are allied with the Slitherscale lizards in the caves near Sestra. These Yuan-Ti are crafty snake like beings and none of my contacts have discovered what these creatures are up to.

The Black Hand is turning on itself. This will cause some turmoil and may even result in the Legion and Triumverate turning their attentions elsewhere. I have set a plan in motion that should prove quite interesting.

The Black Hand has made it's presence known. They have struck down any members that turned away from Bane. There was even an attack at the Exigo Trading Post.

I have heard rumors of one of the largest attacks against Arbiter's Stand in decades. If this is true, the Legion may be hard pressed and begin pulling forces from the Schild Mountains.

I have learned that Knight Captain Brazen of the Exigo Fortune Knights is trying to hunt down a sword called Feybrand. He has found a gem with strange symbols on it. He believes that this sword exists and that he needs to find another relic to go with the gem, so that he can locate the blade.

I am not sure if you wish me to look into the matter further and if the blade is something you would be interested in acquiring?

Finally, the spymaster pulls Crow aside. He flips a dagger in his hand idly while he speaks:

This is good intel, I like your style. Anything to take the heat off us here at H.Q. helps. But leave the Cartel out of it. Them blokes been supplying us from Luskan lands for a whiles now. Hey, you didn't think this luxurious castle of a cave was furnished purely by local nobles?

I could care less about little swords and merchant companies frankly. Your time is your own, though, so you can take a look into that Feybrand if you like.

If you're good at misdirection, do your best to pull attention away from Sestra. We've had our eye on that little town for a while now. H.Q. will need to move soon, that barrage from the Legion dogs never lets up.
