Cirion's Letter to Melchior

[Cirion]

Cirion walks to the Triumvirate, still feeling the pained effects on a part of his body. Entering the building, Cirion heads to find Melchior and speak to him.

"Sir Melchior, you said I should give you a more detailed letter on all that has happened, to which I have here."

Cirion holds up a letter and then hands it to Melchior

"Please read this soon"

In a neat writing and kept simple to be easily legible for a person to read.
The Letter reads as:


Dear Melchior,
When we last spoke you told me to hand a letter to you instead of explaining everything to you last time. With this, I shall explain what I remember and try to keep this short for you.

It started at the Trade Post where I was with Cybil, where we were finishing our conversation. Cybil was already leaving when Zack and Lauan arrived at the camp fire. Zack then stated quite loudly about there being a body found at the Crossroads. Hearing this I soon went to the crossroads, as quickly as I could, and ran to check the roads there. I hadn't found anything along the roads so I went to one of the nearby farms, I was about to ask the people living inside about the body when I noticed Lauan and Zack just arrived.

Seeing these two I talked to them and they were to lead me to the body. Only problem is, I don't remember anything right after, as the next thing I knew I was waking up in the Temple of Helm feeling drained and pain all over my body.

And while you read this message, I'll be visiting the Helmite Temple to learn what had been done to my body and how it was like when recovered.

Cirion, having left after giving the letter to Melchior, does infact head to the Temple of Helm and starts asking around about where he was found, how he was, and who brought him back to the Temple.

(( Ah, signuses, they always lead to impossible IC situations... ))

Cirion will be told by the Helmites his body was brought by some locals. They were simple farmers and just wanted to help out.

Melchoir reads the letter. He folds it away and thinks over it.

"Cirion was attacked, and slain. We are lucky to have him back, gods be praised, but he will learn to handle things lawfully or we will break ties. As for these two, Lauan and Zack, they more-than-likely know what happened to him.

Cirion will need to handle this situation on his own. I will not have our temple tied to vigilante justice in the manner those two have demonstrated. I will pray for them both."

After being told of by the Helmites of who these people were that saved him and how his body was mutilated when being found, Cirion soon walked to the City Watch to send in a letter close to what he gave Melchior though this time obviously addressed to the City Watch.

Despite the feeling Cirion has of this being pointless and will probably not bring anything good out of it, he sends the letter in personally.

The letter describes what Cirion does remember, the descriptions of Lauan and Zack, info on how his body was mutilated and in detail, where he was supposedly found by the locals.

Cirion soon leaves after dropping off the letter and looking to find these farmers that did find his body, to personally thank them and even gives, or tries to give, a few thousand stags to those people that saved him.((Which a DM should probably do, hopefully only by one DM not by three over the course of time))
