A moon elf leaves a message on the bulletin board in the Exigo Trading House.
"To the group known as the Eboncoin Pact:
My name is Rerir Rastafent. A few days ago I was hunting goblins with my friend Isendur. A couple of goblins were charging at us, and it so happened that a fellow who must have been one of yours was standing nearby. Isendur panicked when he saw the incoming goblins and misfired an arrow which ended up hitting your man in the leg. This man then limped away, shouting "The Eboncoin Pact will have you dead!" I want you to understand that this was completely an accident, we have no reason to harm any of your order. Isendur has gone into hiding. Please contact me so we can discuss this misunderstanding, and if necessary, I am willing to compensate for it through monetary means. I am an elf of average height, I have dark blue skin, green eyes, and my hair is short and whitish-gray colored. I can usually be found sitting by the stump near the campfire in the Exigo Trading Post. Thank you.
