*Snowhawk is given a letter by a courier. The letter is on expensive vellum chased with gold*

Dear Snowhawk,

I have heard that you want the Ioun Stone that I am auctioning off tomorrow. For reasons I will not reveal to you in written form, I would like you to own the stone. Therefore, if you meet me at the entrance ((transition)) to the Necropolis 2 hours prior to the auction, I will sell you the stone.

For good faith, you can bring one other companion in case you think I have something evil in mind. The companion cannot be Tamryn, if I see her or detect her, the stone will walk away from you forever. Also bring 75,000 stags. I feal that is a fair price. A similar auction was held for this stone a long time ago and it went for 100,000 stags.

If I think anything is amiss, I will disappear and the stone will be gone also.

To each one he says only one thing,"You know what must be done."
