*Filbert gazes into the candles flame trying to piece together any hints, clues, or facts involving the possibilities in orbit around Samantha and her end goals. He ponders replacing her with himself and seeing if this would allow him insight. After his mental journey, he realizes the candles are reaching their end threatening to flicker out and his quill has dry ink on the end of it. He sighs and renews his efforts on formulating a letter, which he delivers himself to Marcus the Seer.*
Dear Sir Marcus,
I offer you greetings and introductions. I am Filbert and I feel that such introductions of words and requests should have a permanent medium. I am in awe of the library you tend and wish to borrow several days of time within it. I am no one of worth within the city though I am attempting to assist in formulating the motives behind a 'bit' of lawlessness caused by a death mystic known as Samantha.
I would request your knowledge of any books or individuals that could possibly gain me insight regarding her motives and school of magic. The subjects that would interest me may seem gruesome but I am merely attempting to sew the bits of information together so I may glance upon a picture. The knowledge I have so far regards her interest in capturing and skinning those of elven blood. In this regard, if you have any tomes regarding any necromantic or mystic properties such skin would impart upon one of her specialty. If any have submitted biographies of her by happen chance it maybe helpful in my understanding of her possible goals. Lastly on the subject involves information of the necropolis and it's inhabitants. If this subject matter requires written permission and submissions of purpose please inform me of the protocol and I will see that it is performed.
In less dire requests, I have interests within magical theory and the mechanisms of the school of illusions. I have curiousities in many fields of mystical research.
In more mundane subjects, journals of law and policies interest me if there are any recommendations. If the university has applications and information within the library, I would request such informations as well. I thank you for any information afforded to me.

If I have miswritten or circumvented a requirement within my requests, I ask your forgiveness and thank you for your patiences regarding my possible sophomoric activities. I promise I will learn how to hold myself within the Sundren city.
