Dear Maverick,
I once researched what life would be like at the Celestial plane of Brightwater. From what I gathered it's a place of joyous celebrations, festivals, music and dance, among other things too great to put into words. I tell you this because it's where our dear friend Chime Mynick now resides. She lives forever without stress, grief, fear, worry or sadness, simply put she's in paradise.
Our mission was very secret and of high risk. It seems I have failed being a distraction to buy her enough time to complete her task. She never made it back to the Rendezvous, and I waited as long as I could before using a scroll of locate but I got no life readings.
Brother Maverick, please don't let this change the man you are, it's not what she would of wanted and I will try my best to do the same. I am even going to make Sune my patron and if I am worthy I will see her again in the afterlife, maybe there I will have a chance to redeem myself. Please make note, if the Banites wish to make a martyr out of a heartwarder then so be it. With all of my rage I am going to shake the very foundation of their empire and they will regret what have done.
