  • A sealed letter handed to a guard in Sestra

A sealed letter addressed to Marshal Datton is handed to a guard in Sestra, by a child holding a blue diamond

    To Marshal Datton,

Marshal Datton, I would like to come and meet with you, but not as a soldier of the Legion. I am not speaking for them or Sundren, I know you would never want to meet with me again, not after I beat the tar out you and took your holy symbol in our last meeting. Well now you know who writes this letter. For that reason I am willing to come to Sestra but I rather not go into your keep, perhaps we can talk in that little inn by the lake, over a mug of ale. I am even willing to come at night so your vampires can protect you, if that will make you feel safe. Surround me with your enforcers with weapons drawn if you like.

All that I require is that you promise that I would not be harmed and allowed to leave by my own will. You always been a man of your word and there is great honor in that. You can leave a reply letter with the runner I sent, he knows where to stash it for me to find.

*The Marshal is handed the letter with the boy in tow. The Marshal tells the boy to deliver a message*

"The the man that penned this letter that he is welcome to meet with me. Tell him he is welcome to bring too my attention whatever he wants, I will hold to my words as I always have. Inform him should he step outside of those perimeters again, I will remove each of his limbs while he watches. After his inevitable death I will send the parts back to Sundren City in pieces."

*Nods to the boy and sends him to deliver the message*
