*The following envelope is delivered to the Sundren Comfort, addressed to Michael Zollas, by the hands of a single, well-paid Blackwood mercenary. Although hiring a mercenary is clearly far more expensive than a typical courier, Ramza hoped the mercenary would provide better protection for the delivery along the Bloodmaim and vagabond littered roads. Furthermore, Ramza hoped it may harbor the additional benefit of not stirring up too much attention from the Legionnaires -- not that anything was underhanded, but he has been met with hindering skepticism before.*

You are hereby offered a position to help educate and train the selected refugees from Aquor in armor crafting for the betterment of Aquor. By accepting this position, you agree to the following conditions:
1. You will adhere to all laws of Aquor while within Aquor.
2. You will carry out your job in good faith for the well-being of Aquor, its citizens, and the refugees it harbors. This means you will not participate in any plots or conspiracies against the sovereignty of Aquor, its citizens, or the refugees it harbors. Punishment for such will be dictated by presiding laws.
3. Your actions will be overseen by the Temple of Sune; in particular, the Heartwarder Chime has agreed to overlook your actions. She will guide and help you assist the refugees in Aquor. Should you commit damages through unlawful means while under the Heartwarder's watch, she will be responsible for paying these damages.
4. At any time, should Heartwarder Chime declare she no longer supports your efforts in Aquor, then this contract is absolved. Consequently, you will not be allowed to lend assistance to Aquor until she reclaims responsibility or you find another that both you and I can agree with overseeing your actions.
Otherwise, the way you teach, train, and provide for the refugees under your care will be your prerogative. The objective of Aquor is to see each capable refugee trained such that they can learn useful tradeskills that will compete against the markets of other cities.
