Thresh has sent a courier onwards to Aquor, where the letter awaits the dwarves of Whurest to retrieve it in their next dealings with the town.
Vedui', Thane Stonewhisperer,
Please forgive me for not awaiting your next visitation with the Inn, and for the letter. I find them somewhat impersonal, but I do hope it finds you in good health, standing, and though not too much, perhaps even a good bit of ale as well. If the final should be true, perhaps you'll share it on your next visit.
But jokes aside, my thane. I've managed to keep that sample of orc's blood we retrieved from the not too distant attacks on the roads we investigated. Have even kept it cold, and now a spot of free time finally allows me to further study this sample.
But, before I begin anything. I would like to ask what you know, personally, of this 'demon orcs'. Though I am suspect of such a notion, I am well-aware I am bit too jaded for my own good.
If you find have the time please, feel free to visit me. I'm still hunting a decent dealer of elven wine down in this distant valley, but I will do my utmost to see if Murin may part with a few bottles of his ale to greet you by. If you can't make it down of late, I wholly understand. But would still beg of you any information you would part with, regarding encounters with these particular, and peculiar orc specimens.
I hope to hear from you soon, my thane. Things have been a whirlwind lately, and your wisdom is something I've come to appreciate vastly in the hurricanes. Of course, anyone else that you know of with a vendetta to these beasts is more then welcome to come into this investigation. For now, I measure information before I measure costs of reagents.
Warm winds, my friend,
Thresh, the Starweaver
