It has come to my attention that my wife's presence has been requested in the City regarding some sort of petition put forth by one of the Nature Worshipers. I'm informing you that I, and a few guards, will be accompanying River to this meeting. I'm sure this will not be an issue, as you are well aware of the peril of traveling the roads and the current unrest in the City. If you have any questions, feel free to send them to my estate.

You are certainly welcome to accompany your wife to the City, and will be afforded every convenience while you wait. I understand that the roads are very much a danger in these perilous times, and you wish to see your beloved safely to the Gate. If you wish to tour the City, or to speak with any number of the Emperor's Court, I would be happy to facilitate such a meeting.
