  • To the Temple of Sune, Waterdeep and Neverwinter

Two sealed letters are sent out.

To the Temple of Sune, Waterdeep and Neverwinter city

Sister an brothers, I give you greeting from the Temple of the Lady in Aquor . We are not quite finished with the reconstruction yet, but things are moving along. It has been a difficult road here in Sundren. The war and the cold have taken a harsh toll on the hearts of the men and women here. But the Lady has always taught us that the heart gentles in the presents of beauty, opening up a pathway to deep passions that enrich the soul and lead to lasting love.

We will heal the heart of this land in time if we continue down Her path and remember her teachings. We can restore the Living Beauty of Sundren to its former glory but I cannot do it alone. The woods of the Viridale are under attack by the furies, the poison of the foul one and the corruption of the undead.

So many beautiful trees have fallen under the enemies rot. There flowers dripping with pestilence and blight. I have seen our sisters of the wood, the dryads dying, ravaged by the curse of our dreaded foes. I have wept golden tears as the dances to heal such beautiful creatures of the wood, fall in to ruin. Our sisters suffer even more as their numbers diminish. I beg you to come to aid of the dryad as they stand under this attack. Help me restore their winsome grace and breathtaking beauty, so that they may once more do the work of the Lady.

I know that the Temple is not quite finished, but I will give what support I can to any who come to the aid of our sisters of the wood. I beg you to send word to all the Temples across all the lands. The dryads must be protected and restored. If we have priestess who desire the path of the woods and wish to conduct the ritual and Merge with Nature, please tell them what we face here. If they seek to do the Lady's will and would be willing to take this cause as their own I beg you to send them to Aquor.

A reply is received from the Sunite temple in Neverwinter, so far no reply has come from Waterdeep.

    Sister,

We are troubled to hear of your plight in the North, stories had reached us of the troubles you face and of the horrors visited upon you by hordes of orcs, had we the souls to spare I would have sent them North to aid you sooner. Alas the cold has taken a terrible toll across the entire North, even now we still feel the effects of last years frosts and famine. Many were ruined and yet more go hungry and I fear worse is to come from events to the East.

In the name of our patron I will do what I can to aid you, I will spread word among our sisters and brothers both here and afar that you seek those willing to forgo the eternal bliss of heaven in order to remain upon our world and protect it's beauty for all those still living.

I know of two travelers, a sister and brother named Aspeare and Telcasus Le'Mode who were planning to travel to Luskan to visit a rising artist who resides there, they are both capable and devoted and it should not take much encouragement from me to see them heading onward to yourself following their time in Luskan. I will do what I can to send them on to you.

I will pray for our Lady to bring you boons and to aid you in these dark times,

May each day bring you a fresh wonder.
