A stack of small hand-written missives are sent out to every Knight and Squire within the Northern Watch, and a larger summons tacked to the wall of the shared Port Avanthyr Barracks, directed towards the Men-at-Arms.

I believe the time has come for a meeting of all those sworn to the Northern Watch. There are many things we ought to discuss, including the Zakharan foreigners and possible future members for this organization. The political clime within the Port is a fast-changing one, and we must be prepared to react with due speed and efficiency.
Three days hence at dawn, here in the barracks we share with the Militia. I look forward to seeing you all together once more.
