A black envelope arrives to the keep, addressed to Lord Von Hellstrom.
Upon opening, inside is a Envelope in white, diagonally crossed from both angles is red ribbon. The middle stamped with a red seal, a hand reaching out.
"Lord Von Hellstrom, I am writing as the figure who had taken Thresh from the Second Wind and was unfortunate to have had to deal with a man of yours who protected her. As far as the Legionnaire goes it is not my concern. I would like to formally apologize to you as it was not my concern to ever touch the man, however he drew he blade and magic upon me and I had no choice.
As far as Thresh, I take full responsibility for the pain caused to her but it was never the intention to break treaties or arrangements between us. She was requested by my superior who I may not disclose and as of such also I could not argue. I want to insure you that when it comes to your men, I will never make an attempt at their lives unless they decide to do so at mine.
One incident that may have been mistaken was a low ranking bowmen of yours, a halfling I believe, who came upon me and some other clad fellows. They chose to attempt and kill him, I blocked their routes and then made full chase for him but did not attempt and swing.
I simply want to insure you that though things look rough of the moment as I'm sure they do - your men are safe from my blade as long as I am from theirs."
