    Letter to the Exarch of Sestra

    A letter is delivered to the Exarch's keep, making its' way to Hashart Dattons hands. It's a plain envelope with blocky print that suggests the letters were pressed onto the paper.

    I have a business proposition that I think you will be interested in. I will meet you in the Enclave in three days time should you accept, a neutral territory that ensures no funny business. I will approach you when I see you.

    The letter is unsigned.
